For individuals needing additional support, our Employee Assistance Program offers short term support for personal and/or work relates issues that may impact their wellbeing.

We present training and learning opportunities for all our people, no matter what stage of their career.

Dedicated support is available for on the job training as well as further training resources through industry partnerships, including the LMI College and Steadfast College.

Our employee portal helps to manage your training program and track your professional development. Education support programs like paid study and leave days are also available to support external training, personal and professional development.
